Identify the product and the sales channel
Start with the model or product category. Tell us whether you are buying for a pet brand, a retail store, a distribution program or an e-commerce listing. Add the destination country and describe the customer you want to serve.
If you have not chosen a model, explain the function, size range, material or appearance that matters most. The NORZEN product collection provides model-specific information to support that first comparison.
Break down quantities by variation
For dog harnesses, list the quantity for each size and color. For trackers, distinguish the regional hardware and service configuration if more than one version is required. A combined quantity is useful for an initial discussion, but it may not be enough for a final quotation.
Do not assume that a minimum quantity or lead time applies to every product. These terms can depend on the model, customization and assortment you request.
Supply usable artwork and placement instructions
Prepare your logo artwork and indicate where you want it placed. Add dimensions or a visual reference when available. For a harness, consider how the logo appears on the smallest and largest sizes and against each fabric color.
For electronics, confirm the available branding area and method on the selected housing. Extra casing, software or packaging changes require their own feasibility review; a logo option does not establish that every kind of customization is available.
Define the sample review
Decide what you will check: fit, material, stitching, lighting, mounting, app activation or the appearance of the finished logo. Match the checklist to the product. A tracker and a fabric harness need different evaluations.
Write down the agreed sample configuration and any requested revisions. Product photographs, packaging claims and listings should describe the approved version rather than a mixture of different reference documents.
List packaging and destination requirements
Describe the preferred packaging, labels and instruction language, then ask what can be supplied. For connected products, include the setup information and service terms that the customer will need.
Tell us which product documents your market or sales channel requires. Applicability, model coverage and current documentation need to be checked before the order is finalized.

The request begins a review. It does not take payment, reserve stock or confirm a purchase contract. Final prices, freight, sample terms, lead time and the product specification are agreed in the quotation and order-confirmation process.
