Inquiry information

The inquiry tool prepares a message in your browser. It does not submit your entries to NORZEN, save them to a database or store them in browser storage. Copying or downloading the message is your choice.

Order requests

When you submit the Order form, we save your contact and business details, product quantities, customization requirements and consent date in our website database. Only authorized NORZEN administration can access these requests for review and quotation follow-up. We retain requests while handling your project and related business records. A hashed technical identifier is used to limit repeated submissions. No payment information is collected. Contact NORZEN using the published business contact channels to request access, correction or deletion, subject to applicable retention requirements.

Email and WhatsApp

When contact channels are available, choosing an email or WhatsApp link opens that service with your prepared message. You decide whether to send it. Your use of those services is subject to their own privacy terms.

Administrator accounts

The administration area uses a secure session cookie to keep authorized administrators signed in. Administrator usernames and password hashes are stored to control access. Product and article drafts are visible only to authorized administrators. When an administrator requests AI writing, the supplied content brief is sent to DeepSeek through the configured API; customer order records are not included in this writing workflow.

Site operation

This site records first-party page views, product views and order-funnel events to understand website performance. A temporary browser-session identifier is converted into a daily one-way hash; the dashboard reports aggregated pages, sources, countries and conversions. We do not use advertising cookies or sell analytics data. The hosting service may also process technical request information to deliver and protect the website. Private preview access is handled by the hosting provider.

Contact

Business contact details are being finalized and will appear on the contact page. Order submission is available independently of email and WhatsApp. Automatic email notifications are not currently configured.
